Crushing hard on pressed florals lately. Despite the incessant stay-at-home norm, the warming weather has me with all the springy, outdoor feels — and these botanical compilations only help heighten the mood.

Aside from the innate femininity and softness, I find such comfort and nostalgia from this collection. Perhaps it’s the stirring up of childhood memories— picking flowers with my mother in the backyard and then pressing them between my heaviest, hardcover children’s books (I’m thinkin bout you Shel Silverstein). Or maybe it’s the vintage, old-time-y vibes that naturally lend themselves to feelings of familiarity—especially from the collaged pieces. Textured paper / weathered tape / worn stamp embellishments / faded script. Can one name a better combo? (Unlikely).
